PR score - Am I way off with this simple question about PR score?

My first attempt at a slideshow. Made the slides using photoshop elements, and then made the movie using Microsoft Movie Maker. You wouldn’t have to use photoshop elements. This can be done very easily with free software that you have on your computer right now. Gotta like free right!

Yesterday's post about pr score

LaMach: Yesterday I posted about a question I asked about pr score, and asked for comment from others. Then I noticed, there's no place to add comments. I guess this is how you would add a comment section. Which means I would have to write the question here, so I'll ask it again.
Does anyone know what I mean when I say "To get a PR of 3, you need to get a pr score of over 6"
Now, you can answer in this comment box (I guess! Ha Ha!). OK, that doesn't work. More research!
